This complete series of diaphragm repair kits are dedicated replacement wear parts for GOYEN right-angle and submerged solenoid pulse valves. They cover all mainstream calibers from 1 inch to 4 inch, including models K2501, K2529, K4502, K5004, K7600 and K10200. Fully compatible with original CA/RCA series pulse valves, each kit contains a full set of maintenance accessories such as diaphragms, stainless steel springs and nylon valve seats in one package. There is no need to purchase separate loose components. It can quickly fix common faults including air leakage, weak jet blowing and sluggish opening & closing, making it an essential maintenance spare part for baghouse dust removal systems.

Standard Materials & Technical Parameters

Standard Diaphragm: NBR nitrile rubber, temperature resistance range -10℃ ~ +80℃; 

High-temperature FKM fluoroelastomer version optional (-20℃ ~ +120℃)

Supporting Accessories: Anti-rust stainless steel springs, high-strength nylon sealing valve seats, metal pressure plates

Applicable Air Pressure: 0.2~0.8MPa dry and clean compressed air

Structure & Craft: Fiber-reinforced integrally vulcanized diaphragm, tear-resistant, withstands millions of repeated opening and closing cycles, resistant to cracking and air leakage

Kit Components: Each kit comes with a full set of repair parts matched to corresponding valve models, including main diaphragm, pilot diaphragm and springs for immediate replacement right after unpacking
