The DB120+DB16 diaphragm repair kit is a complete maintenance package specially for MECAIR series pulse jet valves. The full set includes DB120 main diaphragm, DB16 pilot diaphragm and matched return springs, covering all vulnerable parts of the pulse valve.

Made of high-quality NBR rubber, the diaphragms feature excellent wear resistance, aging resistance and airtight performance, with working temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃ and stable pressure bearing. It is perfectly compatible with 2.5" pulse valves including VNP220, VEM220, VNP420, VEM420, VNP620, VEM620.

This kit is used for internal sealing and opening-closing structure restoration of pulse valves. It effectively solves problems such as diaphragm damage, air leakage, weak jetting and valve failure, restores normal pulse cleaning function, and extends the service life of pulse valves in industrial baghouse dust removal systems.
