Product description

FUNCTION

Volume A is connected to the pressure tank through a gap between the valve body and the plunger. Volume A has the same pressure as the pressure tank.

Due to the larger pressure surface of the plunger in volume A, the piston is pressed against the impulse pipe and sealed between the pressure tank and the impulse pipe.

Volume B is released through a solenoid valve connected to the pilot air system. The area on the pilot air side is larger, so the pilot diaphragm is pressed against the top of the valve body and isolates volume A from the environment.

The valve does not pulsate:

Was the solenoid rotated during reassembly?

Is the pilot air connection made according to the instructions and is the pressure level correct?

Particles in tank and/or valve (see Appendix B for air quality requirements) ?

Operating conditions OK (temperature etc.)?

Are the bleed ports fully open (no debris blocking air flow from the pilot valve)?

Check the on/off valve is on, the non-retum valve is positioned correctly

Is the solenoid electrically connected correctly?

Leakage valve:

Leak test completed successfully (instructions) ?

Are all bolts assembled to the correct torque?

Is the sealing ring damaged?

Is the membrane of good quality (no deformation and flexible)?

Check the o-ring on the solenoid.
