Polypropylene Liquid Filter Bag

The PP liquid filter bag is sewn at the bottom with tight alignment to prevent it from tearing. The filter bag is sewn with five threads, or you can use fusion welding to ensure there is no leakage.

The way the polypropylene liquid filter bag is made means that it can trap compounds during the filtration process. Larger particles of impurities stick to the surface of the fibers, while smaller particles remain in the deeper layers of the filter material, so it will not break under pressure during use. The filter bag has a large capacity, so it can clean hard and soft particles in liquid very effectively.

The outer surface layer of the PP liquid filter bag is treated with sintering and calendaring to prevent the fibers from being scattered by the liquid during filtration. This means that the fibers will not separate and contaminate the liquid, and also prevents the holes from becoming clogged, which sometimes occurs in traditional roller processing, which affects the service life of the filter bag.

Setting

Our filter bags support customization, you can choose different materials for the top ring of the bag and different shapes for the bottom of the bag.

The upper ring of the liquid filter sleeve uses 304SS and plastic material.

The 304SS bag top ring can withstand higher temperatures, is not easy to break, and can be used for a longer time.

The plastic ring top ring is corrosion resistant, burr free and has both inward and outward rotation.

The top ring of the polypropylene filter sleeve is ultrasonically welded with even and precise welded joints.

The bottom includes round arc bottom, turned stitched round arc bottom, triangle bottom, with different applications.

Micron Mesh Conversion Table

Note: The smaller the micron number, the better the filtration effect, but at the same time, the small micron number will also make the flow rate small, which is more likely to cause the filter bag to be clogged. The flow rate is directly proportional to the pressure, and the longer the pressure is applied to the PP liquid filter bag, the lower the flow rate will be.
