Anode Bags

In the galvanic industry, the role of the anode bag cannot be underestimated. It is mainly used to filter the anode impurities, preventing the fine metal fraction or metal residue from entering the galvanic solution, and ensuring the smooth progress of the galvanic plating process. At the same time, the anode bag can also make the metal ions precipitated from the anode more uniformly distributed when entering the galvanic solution, which improves the quality and efficiency of galvanic plating.

Anode bags are available in various materials and styles, such as polypropylene, polyester, single-sided and double-sided matte, etc., suitable for different industrial liquid filtration needs. Each bag undergoes strict quality control to ensure durability and filtration effect. In addition, anode bags also feature easy use, convenient installation, easy cleaning and maintenance.

In addition to the normal single-layer anode sleeve, double-layer anode sleeves are also available. Double anode bags can effectively block the anode solution from entering the bath to protect the purity of the galvanic solution, but it should be noted that it should not be directly attached to the anode surface, so as not to affect the coating quality.

Types of filter bags:

1. Anode bag (or titanium blue bag) (used for electroplating PCB);

2. Filter bag with a cotton core (installed on the cartridge winding line for galvanic coating);

3. PCB copper powder filter bag (for PCB copper powder filter);

4. Gold-plated copper-plated filter bag for printed circuit boards (two-through) (for electroplating of printed circuit boards);

5. Can be customized according to customer's requirements

Commonly used materials: polypropylene, polyester, single-sided and double-sided brushed;

The surface of the matte material is plush and absorbs well.

The surface of the polypropylene material is smooth, can be moderately cleaned, and is resistant to acids and alkalis.

Regular ones come in single-layer and double-layer varieties.

INSTALLATION TIPS.

Leaching is critical and recommended for all anode bags. Modern galvanic solutions are highly precise and susceptible to interference. Although our fabrics are not dimensioned, they are carefully processed and run through well-lubricated sewing machines for thousands of feet. Therefore, it is highly recommended to leach all anode sleeves prior to installation. The leaching process varies depending on the material and the galvanic solution they will be used with. Always use a leaching solution that will not damage the bag material and is compatible with the galvanic solution.
