The anti-static dust filter bag is made of needle-punched felt, which reduces static electricity by adding conductive materials. It features a smooth surface, excellent abrasion resistance and high strength. Splicing and twisting of the fabric enhances permeability, ensuring rapid drainage and easy cleaning. Polyester anti-static needle-punched felt is tightly woven, short-haired and very durable, making it ideal for collecting explosion-proof dust.
Compared with striped anti-static dust filter bags, the square anti-static dust filter provides a more uniform conductive surface. Made of polyester, it is designed for use at room temperature. Polyester fibers are tightly intertwined with each other, creating small uniform micropores that provide excellent filtration.
Polyester needle-punched felt, the main material for bag filters, is made by punching polyester fibers into a non-woven fabric. Coated polyester felt bags are strong, flexible and breathable. They are durable and effective at removing dust, making them an economical solution for filtration in cold conditions.

There is no uniformly specified standard for the size of the dust bag, and its size is determined by the filter of the bag, the size of the hole on the flower plate and the length of the bag body.
The following specifications are commonly used:
Caliber: ø120 mm, ø125 mm, ø130 mm, ø150 mm, ø160 mm, ø180 mm.
Bag length: 1 m - 10 m
Product Application
In the field of industrial dust removal, dust has different properties, there are corresponding anti-static dust filter bags for different kinds of dust, generally according to the temperature of the dust gas to select the filter bag.
Room temperature or less than 130 °C, generally use polyester needle-punched felt bags, 208, 729 filter bags.
When the temperature is equal to or less than 150 °C, acrylic needle-punched bag or special medium-temperature fan bag is used.
If the temperature is higher than 150 °C, use Flomax, PPS, Metas and so on.
If the temperature is higher than 220 °C, P84, PTFE, basalt, high silica and other filter bags are available for selection.
When there is a large water content and high dust concentration, a waterproof and oil-proof dust bag (also known as anti-condensation filter material) or a film-coated dust bag is used.
When all kinds of coal dust, chemical dust, flour, aluminum powder, coke, carbon black, wood dust, etc. are introduced, an anti-static dust filter bag must be used.
