Special Control Cabinets for Dust Extraction Systems

Serving as the intelligent nerve center of complete pulse baghouse setups, our dedicated dust extraction control cabinets are engineered exclusively to pair with industrial bag filters. Built around PLC programmable logic controllers, each unit integrates touchscreen HMIs, variable frequency drives, process sensors and protective electrical components in a single assembly. It delivers centralized oversight of every auxiliary device on the dust line: exhaust fans, pulse jet valves, ash discharge unloaders, bypass dampers and differential pressure monitoring assemblies. This all-in-one management enables fully autonomous, unattended dust plant operation, making the cabinet a reliable fit for heavy-duty dust abatement across cement, steel, metallurgy, chemical, mining and powder manufacturing sectors.


Core Hardware Layout

1.Protective Cabinet Enclosure

Constructed from heavy-gauge cold-rolled steel via one-piece bending forming, the cabinet features double-layer sealed doors fitted with integrated dust and water-resistant gaskets, achieving an IP54 ingress protection rating. The exterior undergoes electrostatic powder coating for robust anti-corrosion performance, with pre-cut ventilation louvers for heat dissipation and dedicated cable entry compartments. Internal wiring is neatly segmented, with 20% spare internal volume reserved for future system expansions. Two build variants are available: weatherproof outdoor models and standard indoor cabinets, engineered to accommodate international power standards including 220V, 380V and 415V.

2.Main Control Unit

We deploy industrial-grade PLC hardware from Siemens, Mitsubishi and domestic reputable manufacturers, paired with interactive HMI touch panels. Local on-panel operation is standard, with remote data communication via RS485 or Ethernet available as an optional upgrade. The controller archives full operational logs, fault event histories and adjustable ash cleaning parameter curves. An integrated isolation transformer powers all control circuits with safe 24V DC, mitigating on-site electric shock hazards for maintenance crews.

3.Power & Safety Protection Circuits

Each cabinet houses a comprehensive suite of protective hardware: main circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal overload relays, fuses and surge suppression devices. Combined, these deliver multi-tiered safeguards against short circuits, motor overload, phase loss, overheating and electrical leakage. Optional variable frequency drive assemblies regulate exhaust fan rotational speed dynamically based on process demand, drastically cutting power draw during low-load idle operation.

4.Signal Acquisition Module

Pre-terminated ports are built in for differential pressure transmitters, flue gas temperature probes, hopper level gauges and outlet dust concentration monitors. The module continuously pulls real-time process readings for filter bag pressure drop, exhaust temperature, ash bin fill level and stack particulate density. These live metrics automatically adjust pulse cleaning cycles and fan operating frequencies without manual intervention.

5.Actuation Output Circuits

Multiple isolated output channels deliver time-sequenced, precision actuation for all solenoid pulse valve models, rotary star ash unloaders, poppet lift dampers and bypass valves. Operators retain full programmable control over key pulse parameters including injection interval and blast duration to match unique site operating conditions.
