This dust collector electric control cabinet adopts PLC intelligent control to realize automatic pulse cleaning, frequency conversion energy saving, real‑time monitoring, safety interlock and multi‑mode operation, with optional remote monitoring function. Fully compatible with complete dust removal accessories, it runs stably under harsh working conditions with strong anti‑interference performance. Custom configurations, international voltage standards and multi-language support are available. It reduces overall operation and maintenance costs and widely applies to various industrial dust removal systems.



1.Core Automatic Control Functions

1. Intelligent Pulse Jet Cleaning Logic Two cleaning modes are available: fixed-timing cleaning and differential pressure linked cleaning. When the system detects rising filter bag resistance, it automatically activates pulse jet procedures to trigger valves on air manifolds in groups, avoiding instant pressure drop caused by simultaneous injection and saving compressed air consumption.

2. VFD Energy-Saving Fan Regulation Automatically adjusts fan air volume according to on-site dust generation. Rotating speed is reduced under low-load conditions to cut power consumption by 25%–40% compared with fixed-frequency fans. Soft-start function lessens mechanical impact and extends service life of fans and ducts.

3. Real-Time Full System Monitoring The touch screen displays real-time data such as fan current & voltage, system differential pressure, total running time and individual pulse valve actuation counts. Fault codes and alarm timestamps are automatically recorded for quick troubleshooting.

4. Interlock Safety & Alarm System Audio-visual alarms will be triggered under abnormal conditions including full ash hopper, fan overload, over-temperature, excessive differential pressure and valve circuit failure. The whole system will shut down automatically under severe faults. An emergency stop button is installed for unexpected safety incidents.

5. Switchable Operation Modes Three modes for selection: automatic running, manual single-point test and maintenance stop. All output circuits are cut off under maintenance mode to guarantee operator safety during replacement of pulse valves, air manifolds or filter bags.

6. Remote Monitoring (Optional) Supports connection with factory DCS system or IoT modules to check operating parameters, modify cleaning programs and reset faults remotely via PC or mobile devices, ideal for large centralized dust removal plants.
