Product Characteristics and Applications

1. Polyester long fiber filter cloth for biological water filtration is made by twisting and weaving loose fibers, which improves the tensile strength of the fabric. After special processing techniques, its strength is more than twice that of ordinary products. Polyester long fibers have excellent physical properties such as smooth surface, good wear resistance and high strength. Polyester thread has higher strength, higher waterproof performance and better wear resistance than polyester short fibers, making it easy to clean.

2. Polypropylene filter cloth for biological water filtration is divided into short fibers and long fibers, because the short fibers are spun using wool. Therefore, polypropylene long fibers have higher fracture strength and better air permeability than short fibers. The aquatic biological filter cloth made of polypropylene short fibers has better pressure filtration effect than long fibers due to the presence of wool on the surface of the fabric. Industrial polypropylene long fiber fabrics have smooth surface, good air permeability, suitable for unfiltered powders, which ensures excellent filtration efficiency.

3. Nylon fiber biological water filtration filter fabric has high tenacity, with a tenacity of 4-5.3CN/dtex and an elongation of 18%-45%. When elongated by 10%, the elastic recovery rate is greater than 90%. Nylon has very high fiber tenacity, and its wear resistance ranks first among various fibers in measurement, making it an ideal material for car tires when pressed together with rubber. Nylon is resistant to strong alkali and weak acid, but it is not lightfast and is prone to discoloration and brittleness. Therefore, nylon fabrics should not be exposed to sunlight for a long time.

Its characteristics are similar to cotton, known as "synthetic cotton", and it is the grade with the highest moisture absorption among existing synthetic fibers. Poor strength compared to polyester, good chemical stability, not resistant to strong acids, alkalis. It also has good resistance to sunlight and climate, but is resistant to dry but not humid heat, has poor elasticity, prone to wrinkling, poor dyeing, no bright color.
