This series of filter cloth is woven from polypropylene (PP) fiber,available in staple fiber, filament and monofilament.It features excellent acid and alkali resistance, low specific gravity,with a recommended operating temperature below 90℃.
The PP filament filter cloth has a smooth surface and good permeability,making it ideal for filter press applications and powder filtration.

1. Remove residual filter cake

3. Chemical cleaning when required
For stubborn deposits, suitable cleaning agents can be used according to the type of contaminants. The chemical compatibility of polypropylene should be considered before cleaning.
4. Avoid excessive mechanical damage
High-pressure cleaning or sharp tools should be avoided to prevent fiber damage and deformation.
