The CA62T is a 2.5-inch right-angle solenoid pulse valve engineered for direct flange or threaded mounting onto air manifolds (air header tanks). As a mainstream jetting actuator for baghouse dust collectors, it opens and closes compressed air rapidly via its internal rubber diaphragm to deliver pulsed air jets for dedusting filter bags.With integrated manifold mounting, the valves are fixed directly onto the end face of the dust collector’s air storage tank. Multiple valves are arranged centrally on a single manifold, featuring streamlined piping, stable air supply and high on-site assembly efficiency.

Key Installation Precautions

1. Mount the valve vertically upward on the front side of the air manifold. Reverse installation at the bottom of the manifold is forbidden to prevent accumulated water and dust from jamming the diaphragm.

2. Thoroughly blow out rust, welding slag and debris inside the manifold before installation to avoid scratches on the diaphragm caused by hard particles, which would lead to air leakage.

3. Position the flange gasket centrally and compress it evenly; tighten bolts diagonally and uniformly to eliminate air leakage at the sealing surface.

4. Do not disassemble or install the valve under pressurized conditions. Depressurize the air system and cut off power supply prior to any maintenance work.
