7 Ways to Check if Your Filter Bag Is Integrity

The integrity of the dust container is a critical component that affects the efficiency of dust removal. So how can you check if the dust container is damaged after using it for a while? The following 7 methods may help.

1. Use fluorescent powder to detect leaks. Add an appropriate amount of fluorescent powder to the inlet of the dust container, then open the dust container cover and inspect it with the naked eye. This method is simple and easy to use. Only a small amount of fluorescent powder is required;

2. If it is a ducted dust container, there will be dust accumulation on the duct corresponding to the damaged dust container. This is also easier to determine. The pulse dust container of the air filter is not easy to find. First, look at which room has dust, and then inspect the dust accumulation. In a damaged dust container, the dust will stick to the grate of the dust container.

3. Open the dust bag cover to check the dust bag. If there is a lot of dust at the entrance of the bag and on the door, it means the filter bag with a lot of dust in this room is leaking;

4. Is there a slight positive pressure in the sealed container or sealed space connected to the bottom of the dust collector bin? If so, you can open the top cover of the dust collector chamber and inspect the filter bag opening. Carefully inspect whether any filter bag is leaking (under the pressure of a slight positive pressure). If the dust collector pushes out dust, it means the filter bag is damaged.

5. First, close the lift valves of the clean air chamber of the dust collector one by one. At this time, carefully observe the changes in the emission concentration at the chimney outlet. If the emission concentration at the outlet decreases or disappears, it means the dust bag in the dust collector chamber is damaged. Close the lift valve of this chamber and find the damaged dust bag.

6. If there is no micro positive pressure in the working environment, you can directly open the top cover of the spray chamber, then start the fan and carefully see if there is dust sucked out of the bag opening. If there is, it means the filter bag is damaged;

7. Check whether there is dust on the flower plate and near the opening of the lifting valve through the inspection door of the dust collection chamber. Shine a flashlight on the dust collection mesh. If there is dust at the bottom of the bag, it is most likely the dust collection bag is damaged. First, mark it here, and then repair or replace one by one after checking all the dust collection bags.

Replace the damaged filter bag according to the situation. If there is no extra dust collection bag at this time, you can temporarily close the upper opening of the flower plate opening or tie the bag mesh to the lower opening of the bag. After processing the damaged bag, replace it with a new dust collection bag. At the same time, find out the cause of the damage to the dust bag and keep a record. In the future, eliminate the cause of the damage and repair it to prevent the dust bags from being damaged again.
