Key Installation Instructions

  1. Pre-installation InspectionVerify the valve model, coil voltage and sealing material. A filter-regulator-lubricator air treatment unit is mandatory for the air supply.

  2. Valve Body MountingWrap a small amount of PTFE tape on the G1/4 thread. Avoid mounting the coil facing upward. Fasten the base gasket evenly with a torque of 8–12 N·m. Fit an exhaust diversion tube for heavy dust working conditions.

  3. Electrical WiringCut off power before wiring; match the coil voltage to local power supply and tighten the waterproof nut of the connector. The built-in manual test button allows blow-off testing without power supply.

  4. Pressure Test & CommissioningAdjust air pressure to 2–10 bar and check all joints for air leaks with soapy water. Connect to the pulse controller for full commissioning once no leakage is found.

Standard Operation Rules

  1. Optimal working air pressure ranges from 4 to 6 bar. Never exceed 10 bar or operate below 2 bar.

  2. The compressed air must be dry and free of oil and water. Operating temperature range: -25℃ ~ +60℃.

  3. Set pulse width between 0.1s and 0.5s. Avoid long idle blow-off cycles which accelerate valve wear.

  4. Use original explosion-proof accessories for hazardous explosive environments. Unauthorized modification is prohibited.

Scheduled Maintenance Schedule

  • Daily: Drain condensate from the air filter, listen for abnormal air leakage and wipe dust off the valve surface.

  • Monthly: Blow clean the exhaust port and inspect connectors & sealing surfaces for leaks.

  • Quarterly: Disassemble, clean the spool and diaphragm; replace aged O-rings immediately.

  • Annually: Replace the full sealing kit under normal conditions. For dusty & corrosive environments, replace seals every 6 months. Keep spare coils on hand for emergency replacement.

  1. Constant air leakageCause: Foreign jamming or damaged diaphragm. Solution: Clean internal components and install a new sealing kit.

  2. No air blow-off outputCause: Burnt coil, insufficient air pressure or blocked pilot hole. Solution: Inspect and fix each fault point one by one.

  3. Weak blow-off forceCause: Low air pressure or pipeline leakage. Solution: Adjust working pressure and locate leak points.

  4. Frequent coil burnoutCause: Mismatched voltage or water ingress short circuit. Solution: Strengthen waterproof protection and replace with a compatible coil.
