Striped type antistatic PET filter bags are cost-effective explosion-proof filter media engineered with antistatic treatment based on standard polyester needle felt. The core manufacturing process involves embedding conductive yarns at intervals along the warp direction of the filter media's base fabric, forming striped conductive channels. These conductive yarns rapidly dissipate static electricity generated by the friction between dust and airflow, preventing static accumulation, discharge sparks, and thus minimizing the risk of dust explosions.
This filter bag retains the inherent advantages of polyester material, including excellent abrasion resistance, good acid and alkali resistance, stable dimensional stability, and optimal air permeability.
