Main Fiber: P84 (Polyimide) Fiber + Aramid FiberP84 fiber features a unique 3D flat cross-section with large specific surface area and high dust collection efficiency, as well as excellent high-temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance. Aramid further enhances the tensile strength and dimensional stability of the filter material, ensuring the structural strength of the filter bag.
Scrim: High-strength 420 Alkali-free Glass Fiber ScrimThe glass fiber scrim greatly improves the overall tear and shrink resistance of the filter bag, preventing deformation and damage under high temperature, and extending service life.
Post-treatment: PTFE Impregnation & Heat Setting, Singeing & Calendering (with optional membrane coating)PTFE impregnation endows the filter bag with excellent hydrophobicity, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, effectively preventing bag blinding and dust caking. The membrane-coated version can achieve ultra-clean emission (emission concentration <10mg/m³).
Ultra-high Temperature Resistance: Continuous temperature resistance up to 280℃, instant resistance up to 320℃, suitable for high-temperature flue gas above 260℃.
Super Corrosion Resistance: Excellent acid and alkali resistance, anti-hydrolysis performance, effectively resisting corrosion from acidic gases such as SOₓ, NOₓ, HCl.
High-efficiency Filtration: The special structure of P84 fiber and optional PTFE membrane achieve a capture efficiency of over 99.9% for PM2.5 fine dust, meeting ultra-low emission requirements.
Easy Cleaning & Low Maintenance: PTFE impregnation ensures excellent dust stripping performance, reducing operating resistance and energy consumption.
