Wear Condition: Carefully inspect the surface of the seal for visible signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, thinning, etc.
Aging Signs: Check the seal for symptoms of aging, including hardening, brittleness, loss of elasticity, or the presence of cracks and fissures.
Pressure Test: Perform a pressure test on the system where the pulse valve is installed. With the valve closed, observe whether the system pressure remains stable.
Leak Detection: Use professional leak detection equipment, such as ultrasonic or halogen leak detectors, to inspect the pulse valve. Alternatively, after shutting off the air supply, apply soapy water to the sealed joints. Continuous bubbling indicates a leak.
Blowing Effect: During the operation of the pulse valve, observe the blowing performance. Insufficient blowing force or reduced cleaning power may indicate an issue.
Valve Operation Sound: Under normal conditions, the opening and closing of the pulse valve should produce a clear and crisp sound. If the diaphragm opens or closes sluggishly or abnormal noises (such as a "hissing" sound) are heard when the valve is manually triggered, it may be due to seal aging or blockage.
