ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Before assembling OPTIPOW units, it is important to thoroughly clean the inside of the pressure tank. Any particle in the tank can cause serious problems with the operation of the pulse valves in the future.

Pulse valve for dust collector

The OPTIPOW valve is designed for vertical installation as standard. When the valve is to operate horizontally, an additional internal spring must be used. This ensures that the plunger is always in the closed position when pressurizing the cleaning system. As a rule, OPTIPOW is supplied as a single unit in special packaging. First, unpack the valves when installing them.

Make sure there is no visible damage to the valve.

Make sure there is no foreign material inside the valve.

Make sure the top of the impulse tube is smooth and free of burrs.

The item numbers below refer to those shown in Figure 1.

Place the piston (item 4) into the top of the impulse tube. Lubricate the O-ring on the outside of the valve body (item 1) and align the house with the plunger. When installing the impulse valve, be careful not to damage the O-ring. Rotate the house so that the solenoid faces the desired direction. Tighten the four bolts with your fingers as far as possible, then make the final adjustment with a cross-shaped tool to avoid damaging the O-ring. Torque to specifications.
