Measurement:
Installation:
1. Prepare inlet flanges and blow-off pipes according to the valve specification. Avoid installing valves under the tank.
2. Make sure there is no dirt, rust or other solid particles in the tank and pipes.
3. Make sure the supply air is clean and dry.
4. Install the valves on the inlet flange and blow-off tube onto the valves with all seals. Tighten the flange bolts to 10 Nm (7.4 ft-lbs). Make sure the blow-off tube is fully inserted into the valve outlet.
5. Tanks and pipes must have independent support from the valve.
6. Make electrical connections to the solenoid or connect the RCA pilot port to the pilot valve (RCA valves only).
7. Apply moderate pressure to the system and check for leaks during installation.
8. Full pressure injection system.
9. Check the fire and listen for proper operation and a clear pulse noise.
The valve is not a structural component. Do not rely on the valve to support tanks or piping. For installation information, see the DEINC-002 product specifications.
