The working principle of the ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve:

The pulse valve diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into a front air chamber and a rear air chamber. When the compressed air is connected, it enters the rear air chamber through the economizer hole. At this time, the pressure in the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm assembly tightly against the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in a "closed" state.

The electrical signal from the pulse injection controller moves the electromagnetic pulse valve armature rearward, the rear air chamber vent opens, and the rear air chamber rapidly releases pressure. The electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm assembly moves rearward, and compressed air is injected through the valve outlet. The electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state. The electrical signal from the pulse injection controller disappears, the electromagnetic pulse valve armature is released, and the rear air chamber vent closes. The pressure in the rear air chamber increases, causing the diaphragm assembly to cling to the valve outlet. The electromagnetic pulse valve is again in the "closed" state.
